Why?

Because .FRX data format was implemented and systematically developed for KWHotel since the 0.46 version of the software. We want every User who purchased the service of “customized booking confirmation” in the previous format (.RDLC before standarization) to continue enjoying the benefits of these documents in KWHotel.

What next?

If you have received a customized booking confirmations and still use a previous data type (.RDLC), please contact us via email support@kwhotel.com. Please name your message:

Our support will contact you and provide a free service of switching the file format type.

How can I check which format of documents is currently used by my KWHotel software?

While editing a reservation, click in the window (1.) button -> “issue document” (2.) action will show the documents list.

First expandable point from the list of “Old booking confirmations” (2.) determines the old format of RDLC documents.

If expanded list contains other type or name of documents than shown on the screen (2. pointed by red arrow) it means that KWHotel could still use the previous file types (RDLC.) of booking confirmations.
