Don’t miss out on optimizing guest communication!

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the KWHotel program.

Microsoft, the company responsible for the Windows operating system, has decided to end support for older versions of the system. This means that security and technical updates will only be available for Windows 10 and 11 systems.

Therefore, in order to ensure the highest standards of security and performance for our software, KWHotel will start using a new Framework, which is most commonly installed together with the update packages of Windows 10 and 11 systems.

What does this mean for your property?

BETA VERSIONS

Starting from BETA version 0.47.212, KWHotel will only be available on Windows 10 or newer systems. This means that in order to use the latest features and updates, it may be necessary to update the operating systems in your property.

PRODUCTION VERSIONS

The next production version of KWHotel, which will be available in March, will still be compatible with older operating systems. However, we plan that in the second quarter we will release a production version of KWHotel that will only work on the new Framework, which will also require Windows 10 or newer.

We will get back to you with another communication once the release time of the production version containing the above-mentioned fixes is known.
